Welcome to Tee Time Social. By accessing or using our mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Tee Time Social, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Tee Time Social is a mobile application that helps golfers coordinate and organize tee times with friends. The service includes features such as automated invitations, group chat functionality, availability matching, and tee time management. Tee Time Social does not book tee times directly; users must book tee times through their preferred golf courses or booking platforms.

3. SMS Messaging Disclosure

Program Name: Tee Time Social

Program Description: Tee Time Social sends SMS messages for two purposes: (1) one-time verification codes for account authentication, and (2) one-time tee time invitation messages sent on behalf of a registered user to their personal contacts. Invitation messages are initiated by individual user actions within the App and are not automated, bulk, or promotional.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. Authentication messages are sent once per login event. Invitation messages are sent once per user-initiated invite. You will not receive recurring or scheduled marketing messages.

Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.

Opt-Out: To stop receiving SMS messages from Tee Time Social, reply STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation and no further SMS messages will be sent to your number.

4. Invitations to Non-Registered Users

When you invite a personal contact who is not yet a registered user, you enter their phone number and the App sends a single SMS invitation on your behalf. By sending an invitation, you represent and warrant that:

• The recipient is someone you personally know.
• You have a reasonable basis to believe the recipient would welcome the invitation.
• You are not using this feature for bulk messaging, solicitation, or any purpose other than inviting a personal contact to a specific golf outing.

Misuse of the invitation feature, including sending invitations to people you do not know, may result in account suspension or termination.

5. User Accounts

To use Tee Time Social, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update your account information if it changes
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Use automated systems to access the service without permission
• Collect or harvest information about other users

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Tee Time Social, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are the exclusive property of Tee Time Social and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our content without our express written permission.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to Tee Time Social, including messages, photos, and profile information. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content in connection with providing our services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Tee Time Social is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for any issues with tee time bookings made through third-party platforms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tee Time Social shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tee Time Social and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of Tee Time Social after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
