End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and Tee Time Social for the use of the Tee Time Social mobile application ("Application").

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Tee Time Social grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Application on a mobile device that you own or control for your personal, non-commercial use.

2. License Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Application
• Distribute, transfer, sublicense, lease, lend, or rent the Application
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices on the Application
• Use the Application for any commercial purpose without our express permission
• Use the Application in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

3. Ownership

The Application and all rights, including intellectual property rights, are and shall remain the exclusive property of Tee Time Social. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights to the Application.

4. Updates and Modifications

Tee Time Social may from time to time develop patches, bug fixes, updates, upgrades, and other modifications to improve the Application ("Updates"). You agree that Tee Time Social has no obligation to provide any Updates or to continue to provide or enable any particular features or functionality.

5. Third-Party Services

The Application may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Tee Time Social. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your information.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TEE TIME SOCIAL DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APPLICATION WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TEE TIME SOCIAL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPLICATION.

9. App Store Terms

If you download the Application from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you acknowledge and agree that:

• This Agreement is between you and Tee Time Social, not with Apple Inc. or Google LLC
• Apple and Google have no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the Application
• Apple and Google are not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the Application
• You must comply with all applicable third-party terms when using the Application

10. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Application and delete all copies from your devices.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to This Agreement

Tee Time Social reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Agreement within the Application and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Application after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Agreement.
